My idle speedfan voltage readings are
vcore1=1.15v
vcore2=1.26v
+3.3v=1.52v
+5v=5.13v
+12v=8.77v
-12v= -12.86v
-5v= -4.91v
+5v=5.05v
vbat=3.30v

Why is my -12v so high? Does my pc have problems?
Thank you!

No, No problem. Your 12v is almost always high. looks pretty normal to me. 12v is high, because of the video card and 4pin cpu connection. You're fine.
