My speedfan readings

vcore1=1.15v
vcore2=1.26v
+3.3v=1.52v
+5v=5.11v
+12v=8.77v
-12v= -16.89v
-5v= -4.91v
+5v=5.05v
vbat=3.30v

What is wrong with my -12v?
Thank you!

My specs
gigabyte superb 550w

The first thing to do is to use a dmm to check all the voltages that you can.

I do not know you have a difference between vcore 1 and 2. The 3.3 volt and 12 volt lines are indicating much too low. We know those are erroneous indications, because the system wouldn't boot if those were real values.

The -12 volt line indicating way above tolerance is a common problem.
