Looking for 2ed card

hello guys

i just added a second monitor to my set up.(I had my tv in that spot) my current card is EVGA 512-P3-N841-AR GeForce 8800GTS shown here.

I wanted to add one more card to get my tv back and maybe add one more screen. so i was looking for a card that would match with the one i have.

would that work ? or will it be disabled by the os ?

i just build a computer with about the same mobo with two of these, and a bridge was not needed.loved having four outputs. duel cards are new to me so what is the story on bridges ?
