Please verify this new build, this is my first one

I am planning to sell my pre-built (made by HP) computer to build a new rig. But before I put my old PC on sale, I want a confirmation that the new computer will work. I can't add anything else since $1400 is probably the most someone will pay for my old computer.

All the parts will work together. I would balance out the build a little, more for the CPU and less for the GFX card.

Maybe list want you use the system for, as a 20" monitor is easy to run on a mid-level GFX card.

I'm planning to use the computer for graphic-heavy games, including Far Cry 2, UT3 (I'm playing PhysX maps too), and mabye even Crysis Warhead. I want the games to be able to run at very high, if not maximum settings.
