Ok long story short is I won this very nice computer in a contest. I have been out of the high tech computer world for a little while so I don't know all the in's and out's.

I cannot get output to my monitor from my 295GTX using the stock DVI->RGB converters. I don't know if you're not allowed to do this now or what the issue is. I have already ordered a dual-link DVI cable but I was just trying to get a picture. I doubt anything is defective outside of the user.

What are you trying to connect the graphics card to? When you say RGB do you mean VGA, or are you using the component cable adapter?
