1440x900 resolution missing from ATI 9250

When I turned on my computer yesterday, I noticed that the display was larger (there were fewer folders on the desktop - my desktop is covered in folders). I have a 16:10 monitor from Westinghouse and I had it set at 1440x900 but when I tried to change it back to that resolution, I could no longer find it on the ATI Catalyst Control Center or the XP Display settings tab. I uninstalled and reinstalled the driver but the 1440x900 resolution is still not there and 4:3 720x480 DVD video on PowerDVD is stretched wide even with "keep aspect ratio" selected.
