Intel v AMD

Hi I have come into ownership of 3 cpu's, one being the AMD AD3200DAA4BW. Another being the SDA3000AIO2B0 and the last being an Intel Celeron 2.66GHZ/256/533/04A. The question is to purchase a motherboard for which one of these, Which one will be a better cpu to build a machine around, not meaning Intel v AMD but morre powerful

If the amd cpus are socket 939, I'd try a build for them, or sell all 3 cpus on ebay. Older memory actually costs more than the newer ddr2, and some motherboards are scarce. Check computer geeks or ascendtech.us for older motherboards, but get any memory at newegg, zipzoomfly, or fry's electronics.
