What quad core mobo would be most compatible with a VIA chipset.

I want to upgrade to a quad core mobo and cpu and keep my current HD that has way too many programs/data to start over. I currently am using an ECS P4M800Pro-m w/duo core intel cpu with XP pro.
Thanks

Don't bother as the ASRock 4CoreDual-SATA2 might be the only one with a Via chipset that supports Quad, but a maximum of 2 GB of memory and PCIe x4 are very limiting. I don't see the point of a Quad on such a motherboard. Is your hard disk IDE or SATA? If IDE, going from Via to Intel should work if you use MergeIDE before moving the hard disk to the new system.
