Router: Linksys WRT54Gv8 Cisco
OS: Windows XP SP2

What I have tried:
I tried to change the port on the router and change the cable.
I tried to do these steps http://compnetworking.about.com/cs [...] ddrwxp.htm (my problem in here was when I type ipconfig/renew the same IP will be obtain).
I tried to turn off the router and pc and wait for several minutes and turn it on.
I tried to turn off the firewall.

Does your router have access to the Internet? If under the Administration tab there is a Diagnostics section, you could try to ping a router or server at your ISP.
