Amd athlon x64 dual core 5200 overclocking

Hello,
im thinking of over clocking my cpu from 2.7 to 3 ghz ive got the basic concepts of it but what dose increasing core voltage in relation to fsb frequency do ?

The FSB increases the clock speed (ie overclocks) if the overclock is unstable you can increase the core voltage to make it stable. Read some guides.

is it a black edition CPU? I had one of those 2.8Ghz and OCed it to 3.2 stable with 1.45 volts. multiplyer was increased to 16
