Which mother : P45 Neo2FR or P35 Platinium or P45 Platinium

since you don't list any budget, get the p45 platinum. If cost is a factor get the regular p45. P35 is no bueno for multiple GPUs.

P45 Noe2 FR is it good one. I am planning to buy this board but there are only two disadvantage. e-sata and firewire is not available.

I use neither firewire or e-sata, wouldn't bother me.

+1 for gigabyte over MSI though.
