Cooling and Airflow - Heatsinks/Fans

In my PC I'am building I will be having a Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 Socket 775 (3.0GHz) and Sapphire HD 4870 1GB GDDR5.

I want to ensure it has sufficient cooling due to the OC I will be doing.

What heatsinks, fans, etc do you recommend?

For the CPU, Xigmatek HDT S-1283.

For the rest, choose a good case first.
