Latest Nvidia Driver stuttering

All nvidia drivers released after 175.19 seem to causes major slowdown in performance in company of heroes on my pc. Ive tried installing the drivers on two machines and both get the same results.

My pc uses a bfg 8800gts 512 Oc, the other a bfg 9600gt OC2. both use vista x64, intel core2 duo 2.66ghz.

For comparisn, 175.19 i get frames up to 40-50fps, then on the same map, setup etc, drops to around 15-20 fps with latest 181.22 drivers.

I have tried installing on a fresh install of vista to no avail, disabling the physix etc but still get this major slowdown in performance.

Btw, i never alter any of the settings in the nvidia control panel (stuff like AA & filtering etc)

i just got a 9800 gt (downgrade from a 4870 x2), and installed the latest drivers but im getting really bad performance in CoH. ill try your 175 drivers..
