Will an ea650 psu run my 9800gt or 8800gt??

Easily. It really depends on the rest of your system however I have a 8800GT running on a EA380 just fine.

Sorry about the lack of info. Im not loading up the computer. No sli or anything. Quad core, one vid card, 1 hdd, 1 dvd drive, and a wifi card. Basic gaming computer really.
 
And you don't actually add the rails to get the total amps. Those are just individual line limits.

If you look on the label you will see that the combined load on the 3 12V rails is 540W. Volts x amps equal wattage. So, divide 540 by 12V to get the max amps... 45 in this case.

Thnaks guys. This is my first build in like 7 years so im trying to catch up. THe 9800gt 12v needs a 26a..the one on my psu (ea650) said it had 25a on one of the 12v rails..didnt know if it mattered that i had multiple rails or not.

Ok so will i have to hook up more than 1 12v rail to the video card since the highest single rail is 25a and the card needs 26a?
