Flash bios help

i need to update my bios on asus blitz formula because i want to update my cpu to a 45 yorkfield i am going to flash it with a usb drive and asus ez flash but i dont know which bios to download at asus site it says plase selct your opereting system dos /xp/vista etc i have vista 32 but which one do i chose dos or vista

The OS is important when downloading drivers. It isn't for the BIOS. You should use EZ Flash to flash it.
