How to recover hidden archived files

Hello,My usb had a virus and it infected a few files... then AVG anti-vir removed the virus then tried to repair the files...ot I can't see any of the files or access any of its folders but it still takes up space in my usb and it gets detected when I scan my usb with with an antivirus(Eset)but I can't get to the folders and I can't even see it even I I used search... btw I folder options has show hidden files and folders "on"...
