Upgrade from 7600gt

I'm looking to upgrade my 7600gt. I'm just not really sure which cards my motherboard will support. Right now I have a GIGABYTE GA-965P-DS3 LGA 775 Intel P965 Express ATX Intel Motherboard. I'm looking for something to get a better framerate out of World of Warcraft. I'm hoping to spend 150ish or so, but i'd be open to hearing suggestions for something a little higher if you feel that it would really be worth it.

i suggest HD4830 and u will see huge different against GF 7600GT
and it price around 100$
