Need help overclocking 8D

OCZ SLI 4096MB PC6400 DDR2 & e8200 on a p5q deluxe
i have no idea what to do, i know that the ram and cpu need to be in sync so i dont want to do anything stupid, and have come to the computer gods on Tomshardware for answers.

Lots more information is needed... How far do you want to OC? Do you have a stock cooler? and someone most likely will not go through the trouble of finding exact voltages and freq's for you, you'll need a ballpark. Get googlin' and read!
