Power Supply requirement assistance

It's been a while since I built a system but my mother is in need so I thought I would get one built and sent out to her.

Would a 420 or 480 watt power supply be adequate for this build?

The system I am building is moderate.
Gigabyte P35 DSR
Intel Pentium E5200
4 GB Corsair DDR2 RAM
Seagate 500 GB HDD
GeForce 7300GT 256MB 128-bit GDDR2 PCI Express x16
LG Sata DVD Drive

An entry level system like the one you describe would only pull 150 watts maximum .
What you should do is make sure you have a quality power supply that supplies steady voltages

Either would be fine. There's a good price on a PC Power and Cooling 370w that would be fine for that system, with 27 amps on 12v rail it would even handle a better graphic card with no problem +80% efficiency also. $35 after rebate
