I have a 32GB Patriot XT USB stick. I understand how to make it bootable, but what I really want to do is to have several ISO images on it such as Windows 7, Vista, XP, Server 2008 R2, etc and be able to boot off the drive then select an ISO image and boot into that. I frequently have to install different OS on various machines and it would be much easier than carrying around one USB stick for each OS. Is this possible?
You may be able to do this, but not using ISO images. You need to have the setup folders extraced. Boot off the drive, then you should be able to browse to the correct directory and start the setup from there. You may need to do this in the command prompt window manually unless you boot to some type of GUI.
