Looks like a good build, so long as you're going to overclock the CPU of course. The E5200 will probably top out around 3.0GHz, but that should be good enough for now.

Cheaper combo with faster memory. Use the money you save to go to the 7000 or 8000 series.

my e5200 got to 3.7ghz without too many troubles, some have gotten beyond 4ghz. 3.0ghz is GUARANTEED even on the stock cooler. fsb from 200 to 240, and you got 3ghz right there.
