Can anybody tell me how is MOBO P45 NEO2-FR ? I will be using following accessories with this mobi :
1. Intel core 2 duo 2.66 ( 1333 fsb )
2.PCI Express XFX Ge Force 8600 GT ( 256 MB DDR3 )
3. Kingston HyperX DDR2 dual channel 2GB Ram ( Model no. KHX6400D2LLK2/2G) 800 Mhz.
4. HDD 250 GB SATA Seagate

If its a P45 Motherboard, I see no problem. Unless for some reason, there's a problem with it. Personally, I would pick an ASUS or GIGABYTE board. But as long as it works, I see no problem. P45 is the best for LGA775, otherwise X58 or wait.

Thx for your reply but I dont have much option. Acutally I was using P35 Platinium. I was having huge problem with it. Every second day my PC use to hang and then it use to take long time window starting bar to start. I use to count that bar . Initially it used to be 10 and then later 50 or more. I need to change sata port to get start well everytime. So MSI had replaced with P45 NEO2 FR. The only negative point is that its not having E-SATA and firewire.

MSI is OK, I don't generally use MSI myself. If your looking at MSI for a P43/45 board, that should be fine. At this time P43 is around the same price as P35, I would get an MSI P43 if you can.
