Cannot formatt sandisk usb

heeeelp please i cannot formatt my sandisk cruizer usb flash drive i try to formatteven with hp usb forfatting dol
can someone help me with tis it recognize only 15mb and its 16 gb disk

you have to uninstall the drive's software first

I guess there is file allocation table or some sector damaged that prevents you not able to format the disk.

And some times, the file will even show 0 bytes.
