Diagent Error at Startup

When I start my PC, an error comes up from a program called, "diagent" saying "Cannot load resource library." and after you exit that one, another pops up saying, "Releasing of resource library failed." It doesn't seem to be affecting my computer in any way, but I'm just curious to know what it is.

Do you have a sound card installed?

Did you try uninstalling it then reinstalling it?

Sometimes this fixes that error!
