Best Full-Tower Case for ~$200 or Less

Which case would you buy right now for around $200 or less for a new air-cooled Core i7 Gaming Build?
(Intended build specs: Gigabyte EX58-UD4P, i920 slight OC, 6GB OCZ 3x2GB DDR3-1600, Single EVGA GTX285, 2 HDDS, V8 CPU Cooler, Corsair 750W PSU)

Priorities in Order of Importance:
1.) Quality
2.) Looks
3.) Airflow
4.) Removable Motherboard Tray
5.) Quiet

I was leaning towards the CoolerMaster HAF 932 for $159.99 on NewEgg, but the CoolerMaster ATCS 840 just dropped from $250 to $199, which is within my budget.

Please comment if you have any good or bad experiences with any of these cases. All prices are from Newegg (USD).
