My Asus P5W DH Deluxe crapped out on me and I'd like to replace it with something comparable for overclocking an E6600. I'm not a gamer so no sli-crossfire needed, i'd like good onboard sound (the asus had great sound), MSI P45 Neo3 FR or Gigabyte GA-EP45 seems to be what maximum pc is suggesting. Any advice or links would be appreciated. budget is $75-$110 -thank you for your time

The GA-EP45-UD3R is a good choice if you don't need Crossfire or 2 LAN ports; otherwise select the GA-EP45-UD3P. No $75-$110 motherboard will come close in features to the P5W DH Deluxe.

The P5W DH Deluxe has good sound, but newer motherboards as as good or better. The Asus P5Q Deluxe definitely has better sound than the P5W DH Deluxe, but it exceeds your budget.
