Have you tried changing the memory multiplier ratios?

Enter the BIOS and select MB Intelligent Tweaker. Change "Set Memory Clock" to Manual. Change Memory Clock to x5.33 (5.33 x 200 = 1066). Change DDR2 Voltage Control to 2.2v. At the top of the screen, hit DRAM Configuration; on the next screen change DDRII Timing Items to Manual, then change the next four items to 5, 5, 5, 15.

This is all based on Kingston's spec sheet, http://www.valueram.com/datasheets/KHX8500D2_2G.pdf. Your milage may vary.

I should probably have added --

When messing around with memory timings, be prepared to encounter a non-bootable situation where the only option is to reset the CMOS memory. Learn how to do this before you need the information, not after. See your motherboard's manual for details.
