Opinions on coming build

Hello everyone, Im new to Tom's Hardware Forums and would like some advise on my new build this month.
After thinking about all the parts and finally gathered all the money I came up with this sistem and would like to know what you guys think or would recommend.
SPECS:

*Intel I7 920 2.66GHz Processor(will OC to 3.2 or maybe more)
*Gigabyte EX58 Extreme motherboard
*Patriot Viper 6GB DDR3-1600 Triple Channel Kit
*Seagate 250GB SATA HDD 32MB cache( for OS only)
*Seagate 1TB SATA HDD
*Corsair 1000w modular power supply
*ASUS 4870X2 2GB DDR5 Video Card(will crossfire later on)
*Asus BlueRay dvd burner drive
*Asus DVD drive
*Thermaltake Kandalf LCS

I am going to liquid cool the processor and the chipset but will probably not mess with the VGA until later when I get to crossfire them.

I will be running Vista Ultimate 64bit OS and will hopefully come together right like its suppost to.
Tell me what you guys think and what I should change to make my rig faster. All together I have gathered $2500 and my boss(i work for a computer store) will be giving me $800 for my current computer so that helps for the new rig. Thank you guys and I want to run the Futuremark 06 3d test on it and hopefully be able to touch the 20000 with just 1 card for now. Thanx

Nice setup, why not get a pair of Velociraptors and raid them? Looks like you're already spending good money on everything else?
