Need a cooler and fast plz advice

hi so i have a i7 920 not OC
2x2gb ddr3 1333 ram
ati 5870 1 gb ddr5 gpu
coolermaster 650 w psu
HAF 922 cabinet 1 intake 200m fan 1 output 200m and a 140 . output fan ( can install 1 more 200 m intake or 2 120m intake fan)
need a good quality cooler which can drops temps of my pc ....ithe budget for USD is 40$ or less

Wow, the Hyper 212+ is now $60 on newegg. Found it on NCIXUS.com for less than 30, though. I am in Canada, and happily use them exclusively from their Canadian operations, but don't know how good their American service is.

The HAF922 is a large case, it can fit larger heatsinks. The precise clearance can only be measured once a motherboard is installed, but you shouldn't have an issue with any heatsinks in your price range.
