Hello,
I have a 4GB maxell flash drive and windows 7 on my computer. Is there a driver that i have to get to make it work?

Nope, just plug and play. Try it on a different PC or laptop. Sometimes these have problems with Vista not seeing the encrypted partitions, but the drive itself should be detected at least. Since you are Windows 7 you shouldn't have to do anything special as far as I know.
