Okay, I have a windows 7 Laptop and it's wireless worked fine. I then left it connected wired overnight and tried to use the wireless the next day. The wireless was connected to our network, firewall disabled, and the only site which works is www.google.com.

I can ping sites, which means UDP is working and I have a route out with proper DNS.
Another really weird thing is that while facebook can't go to different pages, the chat on facebook will still work if it was loaded on wired.
It's not cached because I can do random searches, but can't click on any links.
When I try to load the router config from wireless it only loads a single blue bar (It's netgear), but it works when wired.
Same problem from another computer, so probably router

So I know I have UDP connection to every site, DNS works properly, but it seems the router isn't letting me go to any site but google and only through wireless. Also, from research, many others have had this problem with all OS's and even browsers, so I doubt IE8 is the problem.

EDIT: I fixed the problem by disabling WPA, but now I'm stuck using either unsecure WEP or no security.
