IE can\'t load microsoft pages

IE can\'t load ANY microsoft pages,get message Firefox can't find the server at support.microsoft.com. ,,Ball other sites are ok

1. Clean Temp Folder.
2. Clean Browser history, cache... and then try to open the required webpages... you can also use a PC Optimizer to clean the browser related errors automatically.. you can download from here: http://download.cnet.com/RegInOut-System-Utilities/3000-2094_4-10965219.html

Initially, you need to run the Microsoft Malicious Software Removal Tool.
The only problem with that is you can't access any Microsoft sites to get it.
There is slightly outdated version of it that is hosted at a non-M$ site you can download and run to get you going again.
