I am building a computer for a friend from some old junk I have. I want to know if I can use a 1gig PC2700 333 mem stick in a 266 fsb board without hurting anything. The Mem is KVR333X64C25/1G, the board is MSI MS-6390

No you can only use PC2100/PC1600 max. of 1Gb.
