The Mugen 2 will be fine for the i5/750 but I still think the extra $14 for the Megahalem would be the way to go if you could swing it.

Anyways, the more voltage you put, the more the hyper 212+ will suck(1.3v+) and when you get past 1.4v, megahalem or water
