Is my core2duo e6420 running too hot

CPU=75C(169F)
CORE1=54C(129F)
CORE2=54C(129F)
MOTHERBOARD=46C(115F)

these are load temps at stock clock and stock cooler

Serously guys the temps are a bit high but it s a stock cooler and there withen tolerance for the chip. He is right where he is supose to be.

if your worried about your temps (which look fine), or your thinking about overclocking it a bit, might be worth having a look round at the various third party cpu coolers.

That's hot but overly hot... you may want to put some Arctic Silver 5 paste on the CPU and the temps will drop about 5 degrees Fahrenheit. Load up on fans also.

The temps are perfect, how are the temps hot? Are you expecting 26C? Temps are fine, no need to worry.
