Ink problem

Hello,have a Hp c7200 and it won't print ..it says
estimated ink levels ..the computer is unable to establish a 2 way communication with this device but the hp photosmart series is connected

i don't think yours is an ink problem

is this a new printer or used one?

did you just get it or have you been using it in the past?

are you trying to connect it to a new computer?
