Is GlacialTech Igloo 5750 compatible and good for Phenom X6?

My friend is selling a GlacialTech Igloo 5750 heatsink for about $25.So please tell me is it compatible and good(as compared to atock heatsink/fan) for phenom x6 1055t.i am having biostar ta785ge mobo.
is this deal a good one?

The heatsink with fit, and it is better than the stock fan almost certainly. yOu might be able to find a better one for the same price. As for if it fit's, just check. All the pictures I've seen show pushpin looking screws. It either needs to have a clamp or screw directly into a backplate
