I logged onto my comp a few days ago and the login screen was offset. when i booted windows this error came up:
Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)
also its only showing 1 gig of memory supported by my vcard:

My current specs are
i7 920 @ stock
p6t deluxe mobo
sapphire 4870x2 w/ 9.1 drivers
g.skill 6 gig
750 corsair PSU
vista 64 sp1
is there a solution to this? do i need 2 reformat? this is what i see in device manager:
