Will this processor bottleneck these graphics card?

i have a amd athlon 64 x2 dual core at 2.5 ghz overclocked to 2.8 ghz i want to upgrade my graphics card since i got a new 24 inch monitor i went from a 17 inch :/ any way i have a 8600gt i want to get either the XFX 9800gtx+ or the XFX GTX260 will this processor bottleneck these two is it even worth it

I have a GTX 9800 OK now know as the GTX 9800 + and it works great.

I'm sure the GTX 260 would be a better bet now but it's up to you!
