Are miniSD and miniMMC cards compatible with each other? As a general question is it possible to use MMC card in SD slot (and vice versa)?

What is this for? A camera, or a slot in a computer's card reader?

Ohhh. Me and my speed reading self didn't see the mini part. According to the wiki, the normal cards are compatible, but the mini cards are not.
