C:WINDOWSexplorer exe not found

I don't know where to start in trying to fix this problem.

My anti virus program found a trojan and then my computer started having problmes such as I can't open the clock or control panel and when I try and open up programs such as I tunes or firefox it asks me which program to open them with.
