I am currently using a Sony GDM-FW900 Widescreen 24" CRT as my monitor. I am a huge gamer and I have not made the jump to LCD yet.

I am thinking of upgrading to a 30" LCD, either the Dell 3008WFP, the LG W3000H, or the SAMSUNG 305T.

My question is if I will be happy, coming from the best CRT ever. I have a Nvidia 295 GTX video card, so I know that I will be able to run the native resolution of 2560 x 1600.

Which of these three LCDS would be best for gaming? Should I just keep my FW900? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Personally if you have a place to put your CRT then i have no idea why you would want to change it just yet... it may be better for you to wait 2 or so years for OLED to become mainstream which would push down LCD prices and give them time to improve their products, i know its a long time to wait but come on its not like your stuck with a 15" its a 24"!
