after i updated my bios i can't boot from a cd. i used the update utility and did not do ez flash. do i need to do that?

You'll need to use EZ flash to update your BIOS. It's the only utility for your mobo that can do so before any sort of boot.

well my system boots to windows fine.i was just trying to install a new operating system. So i need to use ez flash even though the set up already did flash my bios?
