My P5QC locks freezes at about the same spot everytime I try to install Vista. It is at the 'expanding files' part of the install. Cursor just locks. Switching memory to identical DDR3 sticks causes it to lock up way sooner. Switching to DDR2 sticks causes a blue screen during install. Could all my new memory be bad?

Have you tried setting the voltage & timing manually (manufactures specs).

Update: This board does not support DDR3 ram. As far as the OCZ ram is concerned check it on the QVL. If its not on the QVL check it by the OCZ configurator. If its not on any of the above then you may have unsupported ram.
