Hi , i would like to know what is best power supply to be connected to my motherboard (biostar) g31-m7g dvi which i bouth at geeks .com . , could you please specify what will be the best wattage compatible for this mATX motherboard ....

Need a little more info: What video card? How many drives? What case (or type of case)? If you are just using the onboard video, a good 300W would be more than enough.
