What do you mean by music files? Any sound file?

This may be worth a look...

The sound comes out choppy. It's the same way whether I play the WMV on the
PC or the PocketPC. The picture is great. Any solutions?

Sorry cant help with DVD2PPC but if you cant resolve the issue and you're
looking for an alternative I use Pocket DVD Studio. Cant remember the
website but you'll find it through google and they have a demo you can try.
I've never had any probs with it (and I'm not connected with them). Using
an IPAQ 5450 and transfer the finished film to an SD card with a card
reader. Shaun
