my problem here is
My PC is completely shutdown itself (like someone plugged off the wire from the wall) and when i turn it on it turn on just fine it usually stay on for 5-10 hours ..I bought new ram and checked the GPU i cant find the problem.
P.S. Gigabyte offical site does say my motherborad do not support Q9550 .

It Luks Like Either Theres An Incompatibility Issue with Your Proccesor And Motherboard OR try Dissconnecting all cables from behind the rig except the power cable and video cable, then see if it works OR Lastly Try Getting Your Motherboard Replaced If Its Still On The Warranty.
PS:If You Overclocked Your Proccessor, try returing its values to its orignal state in the bios.
