How do I fix my L and R triggers on my 360 controller Or how to fix the dpad?

I have taken two controllers apart that I have, Because I threw one controller in anger, now the L and R triggers are nearly dead. I have tried replacing the motherboard from one controller to the other, and it fixes the trigger problem. BUT it totally screws with the Dpad. When I replace the motherboard from my black controller to my white one, like I said the dpad is strange, you have to push REALLY hard for anything to work on it, which is really annoying while playing street fighter 4. I amd trying to replace the L and R trigger recievers from one controller to the other but I cant get them out.. any suggestions?

try looking it up on "youtube". they have everything you can possibly need to fix about the Xbox 360...plus it is free...there is always Ebay...
