Alright so here is the deal, I have a Dell studio slim desktop running Vista 64 bit with an Intel G45 chipset and integrated video card on the mobo. I purchased a Sapphire low profile video card but every time I install it and do a reboot the driver fails and I get and error 43 in the device manager. I tried uninstaling and disabling the integrated card but to no avail. Any thoughts out there, would be greatly appreciated.

Error 43 is a generis this isnt working report code. You probably have a conflict with your Graphics drivers somewhere again its probably drivers that were not properly uninstalled.
Download a driversweeper application Drivercleaner etc and then do a fresh install.
