Yesterday I decided to download the Beta of Dawn of War II from steam and installed it. I attempted to play it but there was something wrong and I'm not sure what it is. The game loads (sound from intros and menu screen play as normal but all that comes up on screen is this...
I then thought i'd install Bioshock, which i've had for a few weeks but not got round to playing. The exact same thing occurred.
I've got a Palit 9800GT sonic, about a month old. No problems with it before this. All other games i have installed (farcry 2, CoD 4, Red Alert 3, Half Life 2...) all still run as normal.
First thing I did was to update the Nvidia drivers. That didnt solve anything.
Does anyone have any ideas as to what is causing this? And possibly how to resolve it?
